TABATA À INTERVALLE

Tabata a l’intervalle offers participants a unique way of training as each individual trains according to their own level. It is a time based approach vs. a determined fixed amount of repetitions. This type of format favors weight loss, strength and endurance. It’s an inspiring and goal setting class. Let’s move.

YOGA

Flexibility and strength combined together with relaxation. Mats are provided.

HOT YOGA

This class is heated to 32 degrees or a little higher and is sweaty, dynamic and intensely satisfying. We practice Vinyasa postures, Hatha postures and different kinds of yoga postures. It is the perfect place to step up and expand both the mind and body. The purpose of hot yoga is to encourage sweating, which is believed to detoxify the body, as well as improve flexibility, boost stamina, improve overall fitness, burn calories, relieve stress and increase circulation, it might also help ease feelings of anxiety. You need to bring 1. Your own yoga mat or large towel to cover on the mat. 2. Small hand towel. 3. Water.Water.Water. 4. Comfortable costume. 5. Great attitude. Hot yoga is not recommended to the people who is pregnant or with low or high blood pressure. Please consult the doctor before start hot yoga.

HATHA YOGA

Discover muscles you never knew you had and reach a depth you never thought possible in your practice. By learning principles of proper alignment, new students will build a solid foundation while experienced students will refine their postures. This class is designed to help everyone get the most out of their yoga practice. Level of effort: Moderate to Strong.

YOGALATES

Experience creative and continuous dynamic sequences of classical Hatha yoga postures that will align your body, breath and mind. With Pilates movements added.

VINYASA + YIN YOGA

The class begins with a centration or meditation, then there is a warm-up period for the practice of a flow (Vinyasa) lasting 30 minutes. Then there will be a gentle yoga practice (Yin) stretching to finish with OM singing. This class is for those who want to work concentration, balance, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga based on sequences of fluid postures and fixed postures. Yin yoga consists of long stretching by combining slow and deep breathing and postures that must be held for several minutes.

ZUMBA

Dance Class with a fusion of Latin and International music… Join the Party!

ZUMBA SENTAO/STEP

Dance fitness class Zumba style using a step as a tool for half the class then transitioning to the chair for the remainder; again used as a tool for fitness moves. The use of the step is not mandatory.

PILATES TECHNIQUE

BOOTY BODY BARRE

A Barre class that incorporates postures from ballet, yoga and Pilates using the Barre to isolate movements efficiently. Also combines strength training and cardio sequences to target fat burn and muscle growth simultaneously. The ballet-based exercises are used achieve total body conditioning, all the while targeting posture, flexibility, muscle definition and endurance. A form of exercise that also draws attention to muscular movement, promoting a mind-body connection. This class emphasizes glute and core work, while also focusing on toning the upper body as well.

DRIP BARRE

A semi-hot Barre class that incorporates postures from ballet, yoga and Pilates using the Barre to isolate movements efficiently. Also combines strength training and cardio sequences to target fat burn and muscle growth simultaneously. The ballet-based exercises are used achieve total body conditioning, all the while targeting posture, flexibility, muscle definition and endurance. A form of exercise that also draws attention to muscular movement, promoting a mind-body connection. PILATES BARRE TECHNIQUE

COURS SUR CHAISE

Moderate training that aims to stretch the main muscle groups by dynamic movements. The use of the chair will accentuate the depth of the stretches while strengthening the postural muscles by the practice of functional exercises. Easy to perform, this course is ideal for improving and maintaining good posture and relaxing joint tension.

CHAISE DEMI

This class permits the participants to benefit from a total full body workout using a wide variety of muscles. We will offer various exercises either standing or sitting while training in complete safety.

YOGA SUR CHAISE

Chair yoga makes it possible to adapt the postures that are normally done on the ground. The chair also makes it possible to practice the sun salutation without having to bend to the ground. It is a 100% course accessible to people who cannot kneel or sit on the floor. Stand-up poses are also used with the help of the chair so that the posture can be held more easily and the mind is more relaxed.

Essentrics

A dynamic workout that works the whole body by using flowing movements. You will simultaneously lengthen and strengthen every muscle in the body in order to have lean, long muscles.

 

FUNCTIONAL FIT

Exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
