TABATA À INTERVALLE
Tabata a l’intervalle offers participants a unique way of training as each individual trains according to their own level. It is a time based approach vs. a determined fixed amount of repetitions. This type of format favors weight loss, strength and endurance. It’s an inspiring and goal setting class. Let’s move.
Flexibility and strength combined together with relaxation. Mats are provided.
VINYASA + YIN YOGA
The class begins with a centration or meditation, then there is a warm-up period for the practice of a flow (Vinyasa) lasting 30 minutes. Then there will be a gentle yoga practice (Yin) stretching to finish with OM singing. This class is for those who want to work concentration, balance, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga based on sequences of fluid postures and fixed postures. Yin yoga consists of long stretching by combining slow and deep breathing and postures that must be held for several minutes.
Dance Class with a fusion of Latin and International music… Join the Party!
Dance fitness class Zumba style using a step as a tool for half the class then transitioning to the chair for the remainder; again used as a tool for fitness moves. The use of the step is not mandatory.
Active 50+ adults or beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
STRONG BY ZUMBA
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Overall fitness which unites body & mind with controlled breathing and movement.
‘Centering’ involves focusing attention on the lower abdominals, the navel and below, by drawing them upwards, inwards and towards the spine. This is the starting point for most Pilates exercises; awakening the core postural muscles before any outer movement.

A Barre class that incorporates postures from ballet, yoga and Pilates using the Barre to isolate movements efficiently. Also combines strength training and cardio sequences to target fat burn and muscle growth simultaneously. The ballet-based exercises are used achieve total body conditioning, all the while targeting posture, flexibility, muscle definition and endurance. A form of exercise that also draws attention to muscular movement, promoting a mind-body connection. This class emphasizes glute and core work, while also focusing on toning the upper body as well.
A semi-hot Barre class that incorporates postures from ballet, yoga and Pilates using the Barre to isolate movements efficiently. Also combines strength training and cardio sequences to target fat burn and muscle growth simultaneously. PILATES BARRE TECHNIQUE
The class is based on elements from Pilates and ballet. You will work the entire body while targeting and toning specific muscles groups to burn fat and sculpt and tone your seat, thighs and abs. Such exercises are performed with the use of a ballet barre and fit balls.

Moderate training that aims to stretch the main muscle groups by dynamic movements. The use of the chair will accentuate the depth of the stretches while strengthening the postural muscles by the practice of functional exercises. Easy to perform, this course is ideal for improving and maintaining good posture and relaxing joint tension.
This class permits the participants to benefit from a total full body workout using a wide variety of muscles. We will offer various exercises either standing or sitting while training in complete safety.
YOGA SUR CHAISE
Chair yoga makes it possible to adapt the postures that are normally done on the ground. The chair also makes it possible to practice the sun salutation without having to bend to the ground. It is a 100% course accessible to people who cannot kneel or sit on the floor. Stand-up poses are also used with the help of the chair so that the posture can be held more easily and the mind is more relaxed.
A dynamic workout that works the whole body by using flowing movements. You will simultaneously lengthen and strengthen every muscle in the body in order to have lean, long muscles.
Exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles throughout the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
